Oversees social media channels and content calendars, supports event planning and logistics, and serves as a key connector between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.\nWhat you will do\nMarketing Project Coordination & Workflow Management\nManage the intake, prioritization, and assignment of marketing and communications requests through the team's ticketing system, ensuring projects are accurately scoped, tracked, and delivered on schedule.\n\nCoordinate project timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and stakeholder communications to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives.\n\nMaintain project documentation, monitorworkload and priorities, and identifyprocess improvements to optimizeteam efficiency.\n\nContent Support\nSupport the Content Manager in the development, production, and distribution of marketing and communications materials, including email campaigns, webinarinvites, and newsletters.\n\nManage and maintainwebsite content across corporate properties, ensuring information is current, accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand and organizational priorities.
