As AI reshapes capital markets technology, Numerix is focused on combining the speed and flexibility of AI with the deterministic, auditable, and governed calculations that financial institutions require.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Analyst to support Numerix SaaS clients by managing daily operations, monitoring risk analytics calculations, and ensuring the integrity of Numerix financial systems and data feeds. This role involves incident management, technical support, and coordination of application releases, contributing directly to operational excellence and client satisfaction. \n\nWhat You'll Do:\nDefine, design, and implement standard operating procedures for business operations. \nMonitor and verify accurate delivery of daily reports for market Risk and counterparty credit risk (MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, VaR). \nTrack success/failure of batch processes and market data feeds; perform intra-day health checks of OneView applications and related systems. \nProvide operational support for Client’s Requirements. \nTriage and resolve technical issues related to Numerix applications and data feeds; escalate as needed. \nAct as Incident Manager in line with incident management policies. \nCoordinate pre-production releases; including dress rehearsals and parallel runs and lead client coordination for production releases and patch deployments. \nGenerate internal and external service reports, including Root Cause Analysis, incidents and case statistics. \nAssisting our clients (financial institutions) with our API platform for financial risk management and analytics (e.g., VaR, PFE calculations). \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree from a leading finance or equivalent professional experience. \n1 - 2 years relevant experience.\nExperience on Python scripting; and Linux is a plus. \nComprehensive understanding of market risk and counterparty credit risk fundamentals. \nWorking Knowledge with Cloud Services ideally AWS including Step Functions, EC2, DynamoDB etc.\nStrong troubleshooting abilities and Good English communication skills. \nAbility to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments. \nWillingness to work in early morning IST shift. \nStrong attention to detail and ownership mindset. \nUnderstanding of multiple asset classes (IR, Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX). \nBasic knowledge of Exchange-traded and OTC-traded derivative instruments such as Forwards, Forwards, Options, etc. \nAbility to analyse and resolve problems related to RESTful API connectivity and data exchange. \nWhere You'll Work: \nThis is a fully remote role in India, open to any citizen of India.\nAn important note on salary:\nThe annual pay range for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed above.
