More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.\nKey Responsibilities\n Monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets. \n Εnsure accurate pricing of items. \n Conduct stock counts and cash/quantity audits in F&B and retail outlets. \n Track sales performance, including special events and staff incentives. \n Input and manage data in POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros). \n Prepare and issue monthly cost and performance reports. \n Ensure accurate registration and management of Micros and maison cards.\nRequirements\n Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. \n 2 years minimum experience in cost control or hospitality finance. \n Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. \n Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of POS/ERP systems is an asset. \n Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments. \n Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.\nBenefits\nAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
