By building trusted partnerships and delivering exceptional service, we help our customers succeed and engage patients at scale.\nThe role\nAs our EHR Integration Lead, you will lead end-to-end technical integrations connecting our SaaS platform with major health systems. You'll translate clinical operational needs into clear technical requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and build repeatable deployment playbooks so we can reach more patients effectively.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead enterprise EHR integrations\nOwn integrations between our SaaS platform and healthcare partners’ EHR systems, from discovery and scoping through launch and optimization.\n\nPartner with Sales and Growth to scope integrations for prospective customers, shape the technical approach, and produce clear, client-ready solution materials (architecture, integration options, and requirements) that build confidence and help move deals forward.\n\nDefine integration requirements and approach\nPartner with health system stakeholders to translate clinical workflows, technical requirements, and business goals into actionable integration plans. This includes authoring detailed integration specifications, data mappings, and decision logs.\n\nDrive cross-functional execution\nAlign internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams with partner IT and clinical teams to manage dependencies, resolve obstacles, and deliver successful launches. You will also facilitate technical working sessions with interface engineers, EHR and FHIR analysts, and middleware partners to drive decisions and action items.\n\nServe as a trusted integration expert\nGuide enterprise partners through integration decisions, clearly communicate tradeoffs, and establish shared expectations for scope, timelines, and outcomes.\n\nBuild scalable integration practices\nDevelop repeatable playbooks, documentation, and processes that improve delivery consistency and reduce the time and effort required to onboard new partners. This collateral includes prospect-facing integration guides used in the sales process.\n\nEnsure integrations deliver lasting value\nEstablish success measures, coordinate validation and launch readiness, and drive improvements that support reliable data exchange and effective clinical workflows.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nProven track record leading enterprise EHR integrations, specifically delivering end-to-end Epic implementations.\n\n3-5 years of experience deploying SaaS solutions for external clients, with a focus on Epic health systems.\n\nStrong technical fluency in bidirectional integrations, HL7 v2 (ORM/ORU), and FHIR (R4 / SMART on FHIR) across orders, write-backs, remote monitoring data, and reads.\n\nAbility to translate clinical workflows and business requirements into clear technical specs, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional partner IT, vendor, and internal engineering teams through working sessions, testing, launch, and secure PHI management.\n\nStrong project management skills to manage multiple integrations simultaneously, mitigate risks, and resolve technical obstacles.\n\nExcellent communication skills to articulate technical tradeoffs and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to lead by influence as a senior individual contributor with high ownership and attention to detail.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience delivering integrations with additional EHR platforms.\n\nAbility to configure interfaces, build APIs, or troubleshoot data flows to resolve issues independently.\n\nEpic certifications or healthcare system IT/clinical informatics experience.\n\nExperience in healthcare SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.\n\nTechnical pre-sales or integration solutioning experience.\n\nFamiliarity with integration tooling and security (Redox, VPN, SFTP, SSO/SAML, OAuth 2.0).\n\nKnowledge of clinical coding (LOINC, ICD-10), data mappings, acceptance criteria, and decision logs.\n\nBackground in RPM, chronic disease management, value-based care, quality reporting, and CMS models.\n\nTrack record of building reusable integration playbooks, documentation, and scalable processes.
