You will be defining, designing and implementing the firmware architecture for our high-power microwave counter-robotics systems.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain software for our high-power microwave systems;\nGather and review software requirements from potential customers;\nWrite, debug, and test reliable code running on Linux-based embedded systems;\nOperate and automate hardware-in-the-loop setups to perform effective system testing;\nCollaborate with hardware engineers to rapidly develop features;\nSupport software integration with customer systems.\n RequirementsExperience developing embedded software for bare-metal, RTOS, Linux platforms, peripherals, drivers and build tooling;\nFull proficiency with modern C/C++ development;\nPython and shell scripting for tooling and test automation;\nReal-time development experience (RTOS and bare-metal) with a clear understanding of scheduling interrupts, timing analysis, and concurrency;\nStrong debugging skills and familiarity with JTAG/SWD, logic analysers, oscilloscopes, etc.;\nProficiency with Git and Linux-based development environments;\nStrong communication and teamwork skills to make sure respective top-level systems decisions remain aligned throughout development;\nFluent in English, both written and spoken;\nFuture eligibility for NATO security clearance.\n DesirementsSome experience with other engineering fields (electronics, RF, mechanical);\nPortfolio of designs that you have worked on;\nSTM32 experience (HAL/LL) and secure/OTA-capable bootloaders;\nEmbedded networking;\nCI/CD (hardware-in-the-loop, regression testing);\nAerospace/Defence domain experience.\n What we offerWorking on the most advanced counter-robotics technology in Europe;\nA purpose-driven, collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment;\nFull problem ownership with decision-making independence with clear growth paths toward subsystem or technical leadership;\nFully on-site culture for rapid iteration and tight team communication\nUnique mix of design and hands on experience\n25 vacation days based on a full-time contract\nCompany laptop;\nCompetitive salary.\nWhy AnGard Microwave?\nWorking at AnGard Microwave means joining an adventure.
