NUPI builds Omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach.\n\nJob Summary : \n\nWe are looking for a Tech Lead who will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of scalable web applications while leading a team of engineers. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of system architecture, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to build high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications\n\n- Own the complete software development lifecycle from planning to release\n\n- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions\n\n- Develop and manage both frontend and backend systems ensuring seamless integration\n\n- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies\n\n- Ensure API efficiency and smooth integration with internal and external systems\n\n- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance to ensure minimal downtime\n\n- Identify and implement improvements for scalability, performance, and system reliability\n\n- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative team environment\n\n- Ensure timely delivery of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced setup\n\nKey Requirements : \n\n- 7 - 10 years of experience in full-stack development\n\n- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Express.js, and JavaScript\n\n- Strong understanding of system design, REST APIs, and scalable architecture\n\n- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring developers\n\n- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills\n\n- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects\n\n- Good communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
