Product Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. Responsibilities:

• Market and Industry Research: Stay on top of AI, enterprise SaaS, and emerging technology trends, conducting market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Customer Discovery: Engage with enterprise customers, conduct user research, and translate pain points into actionable product requirements.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Work closely with AI/ML engineers to leverage cutting-edge technologies for building scalable and reliable AI agents.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and monetisation of AI solutions.
• Agile Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in agile product development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software (SaaS, AI, Enterprise Tech preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with AI-powered products.
• Experience in enterprise product development, including integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to define, execute, and scale early-stage products in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in AI Agents, LLMs, NLP, or working with enterprise AI solutions.
