Own technical design, architecture, and implementations for successful project delivery; coordinate deployment, testing, and successful rollout of customer solutions; be the point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle (earn customer trust); and do status reporting and tracking.\nPre-Sales solutioning: Participate in solutioning during pre-sales. Be an expert in Nurix AI agents (demo, solution discovery).\nPost Go-Live support: Coordinate resolution and RCA of post-go-live issues within agreed SLAs.\nExpand footprint: Be a trusted advisor to customers in AI solutioning. Look for avenues to expand Nurix's footprint in the customer ecosystem.\nCollaboration: Partner with a) product and engineering teams to deliver the right solutions and b) the sales team to drive successful closure.\nReporting and invoicing: Track usage of the Nurix solution and report out for invoicing the customer per agreed frequency.\nRequirements:\nQualifications/Experience: Minimum of 4 years in implementation/delivery/management of technical projects. Custom AI experience a plus.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, or a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven experience with presales solutioning and delivery.\nExpertise in managing the implementation of multiple projects. Ability to learn quickly in an ever-evolving AI space.
