Rowe Price, and other leading investors.\nAbout the Role\nAs a senior member of Nuro’s Technical Sourcing team, you will build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines for leadership and technical roles across ML, AI, and Robotics. Partnering closely with engineering leaders and recruiters, you will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen who thrives in ambiguity and approaches sourcing strategically.\nAbout the Work\nPartner with hiring managers, recruiters, and technical leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, align on sourcing strategies, and refine requirements as searches evolve.\nBuild and execute precision-targeted searches across Engineering roles. \nCraft personalized, thoughtful outreach to engage even the most passive and competitive technical talent.\nAct as the primary top-of-funnel owner-from research and mapping through initial engagement and qualification-ensuring a positive, high-signal candidate experience.\nLeverage creative, non-traditional sourcing channels to uncover undervalued or hard-to-find talent.\nTrack pipeline data, funnel health, and sourcing impact with rigor; proactively surface insights, trends, and blockers.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting Operations, People Analytics, and Engineering partners to improve processes, implement new tools, and raise the bar for technical sourcing.\nSupport specialized searches by identifying successors, building market maps, and maintaining calibrated slates for senior engineering roles.\nAbout You\n5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains.\nDemonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.\nStrong technical acumen-you understand how complex engineering systems fit together and can quickly ramp on new domains.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches.\nData-driven mindset; you use funnel metrics to prioritize, refine approaches, and communicate impact.\nNaturally curious, persistent, and energized by digging deep, iterating, and playing the long-term sourcing game.\nExcited about autonomy, robotics, and hard tech-and eager to contribute to Nuro’s mission.\nBonus Points\nExperience sourcing for Systems Engineering, AV Safety, or Leadership roles.\nProven success building diverse candidate pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse ATS, Gem, and other recruiting automation tools.\nAbility to leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing workflows and increase pipeline throughput.\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt well to a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities.\nAt Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $132,300 and $198,4450 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
