The ideal candidate brings a strong visual sensibility, a flair for storytelling and a meticulous attention to detail, with hands-on experience across the full design process from concept to final deliverables.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nContent creation: Execute design and production across multiple platforms including print, websites, social media, infographics, graphics, corporate presentations and other marketing assets.\nBrand stewardship: Ensure all creative outputs adhere to NUS and FoS brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.\nContent adaptation: Adapt and optimise multimedia content for various platforms and audience needs.\nCampaign conceptualisation: Develop creative concepts, storyboards and art direction for campaigns.\nAsset management: Organise, manage and archive assets, project files and content libraries using a content management system.\nBest practices: Research and stay updated on industry trends to apply fresh, innovative approaches to projects.\nSecondary Responsibilities:\nYou will work with the team across other areas, including but not limited to events management, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement to support outreach efforts.\nQualifications/Requirements/Other Info\nMust Have\nDiploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline, supported by a strong portfolio (to be submitted with your application).\nAt least two years of relevant experience or an agency background. Those with no experience but possess a strong portfolio in social media content and graphic design are welcome to apply.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Express, InDesign).\nExperience in managing content posting across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.\nKnowledge and practical use of AI tools for asset generation and workflow optimisation.\nProblem-solving (ability to overcome design challenges and deliver creative solutions);
