Description\nProvide administrative specialist support to the Central Procurement Department for a variety of business functions including but not limited to the following: -\nAdminister and manage procurement activities relating to Quotations and Tenders to ensure compliance with procurement policies/regulations.\nProvide procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on procedures and requirements\nReview and prepare procurement documents such as publication documents, recommendation reports, etc.\nPerform transactions in e-procurement system to conduct Quotations and Tenders publications, award, issue Purchase Order and Goods Receipt.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders on Contract Management and track outstanding orders.\nStreamline overall procurement systems, processes and controls to achieve operational efficiency.\nEnsure all invoices and documentations are submitted timely so as to provide efficient payment to suppliers.\nPerform any other related duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.\nPrior experience in procurement and knowledge of SAP and Ariba System would be advantageous.\nPrior work experience in academic environment would be an advantage.\nMeticulous, well-organised and able to manage priorities.\nPossess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams\nProficient in Microsoft
