Description\nApplications are invited for the position of Manager to support the Director of a CyberSecurity Lab at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore.\nThe lab conducts research and collaborative projects with an external agency in the areas of AI and cybersecurity, and engages regularly with visitors, students, and government/industry partners.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative running of the lab, including financial matters, organization of lab events, seminars, etc.\nThe job duties comprise the following:\nAdministrative Support to the Director\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of meeting agendas and materials\nMaintain lab records, manpower listings, and general documentation\nLiaise with NUS administrative offices, and other stakeholders on operational matters\nSupport the on-boarding of research staff, students, and interns (access, seating, induction)\nFinance & Budget Management\nMonitor the lab's budget and track expenditure to ensure financial sustainability\nWork with the Finance Office and grant administrators to process claims, payments, and reimbursements\nPrepare documentation required for audits and grant reporting\nTrack fund utilisation against grant conditions and flag any compliance issues\nSupport procurement of equipment, goods, and services, and maintain asset/inventory records\n\nEvent Organisation\nPlan and coordinate logistics for lab seminars, workshops, and events (venue, catering, invitations, publicity)\nCoordinate visits from collaborators, government agencies, and industry partners\nSupport content for the lab's website/publicity materials as needed\nAssist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a research, university, or grant-funded environment\nPrior experience handling budgets, claims, or financial administration strongly preferred\nExperience organising events, seminars, or workshops\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines\nGood written and interpersonal communication skills\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nMeticulous,
