This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, purchase order matching, payment support, vendor communication, and accounts payable record management in a fast-paced, capital-intensive manufacturing environment.\nThe ideal candidate has experience supporting manufacturing, construction, engineering, or other capital-intensive operations and understands three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices. Experience with Epicor ERP is highly preferred. This is an onsite position based out of our West Valley City headquarters.\nResponsibilities\nProcess vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment processing\n\nPerform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices, and resolve routine discrepancies\n\nProcess ACH, wire, and check payments in compliance with internal controls\n\nMaintain vendor records, including vendor setup, W-9s, payment information, and 1099 documentation\n\nReconcile vendor statements, research outstanding balances, and manage AP aging items\n\nRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment or invoice issues in a timely manner\n\nProcess capital project, construction, equipment, and facility-related invoices\n\nSupport multi-state sales, use, and withholding tax compliance for AP transactions\n\nAssist with month-end close activities, AP accruals, audit requests, and supporting documentation\n\nMaintain accurate records in Epicor and identify or escalate data or system issues\n\nPartner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to improve AP accuracy and efficiency\n\nRecommend process improvements and support Finance projects as assigned\n\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of Accounts Payable experience\n\nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or construction environment\n\nStrong understanding of three-way match processes and purchasing controls\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems\n\nHigh attention to detail, organization, and accuracy\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience using Epicor ERP\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, or another capital-intensive environment\n\nExperience processing capital project, equipment, construction, or facility-related invoices\n\nFamiliarity with multi-state sales, use, or withholding tax requirements\n\nExperience supporting month-end close, accounts payable accruals, or audit requests\n\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field\n\nExperience working in a high-growth or rapidly changing organization\n\nPhysical Requirements/Work Environment\nWork is primarily performed in an office environment with frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse\n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended period\n\nMust be able to occasionally move or transport items weighing up to 30 pounds\n\nMay occasionally enter laboratory, engineering, production, or other controlled work areas and must follow all applicable safety and access requirements\n\nAbout Nusano\nNusano is a privately held physics company working to stabilize supply chains, advance American national security, and enable once-in-a-generation innovations in fields ranging from healthcare to nuclear energy.\nNusano is commercializing platform technologies for radioisotope production, stable isotope enrichment, and advanced separation techniques.
