They accomplish these things by executing the following:\nGenerates leads through;\nSocial Media Management\nEstablishing relationships with other businesses and influencers\nEstablishing relationships with large company wellness coordinators\nCommunity events such as health fairs, lunch and learns, pop ups,etc.\nConducts all points of contact with generated leads via phone, text, and email. \nKeeps leads organized and tracks all points of contacts per the Patient Contact Workflows\nBooks leads for Initial Exam Appointment \nSends appointment reminders 24 hours prior to appointment \nKnowledgeable about NuSpine, Chiropractic, and able to answer all FAQ’s \nAbility to sell the competitive advantages of NuSpine\nMust know the pricing options and plans \nDisplays great customer service\nLeverage Social Media Accounts in tandem with Franchise office to generate and contact leads\nAnswer CC phones to schedule new patient visits\nJob Qualifications\nExcellent customer service skills \nPrevious sales experience, with strong sales skills \nMust be available to work 2 weekends per month 10:00-2:00pm \nSocial verbal and written communication skills required \nOrganization\nFunctional computer skills required- MS office basic programs \nHealthy minded people strongly preferred who believe in Chiropractic \nThis position is with a franchisee of NuSpine Chiropractic.
