Programme Execution Planning\nDevelop detailed programme plans, including timelines, logistics, roles and responsibilities, and execution requirements. \nTranslate programme concepts into practical implementation plans. \nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to confirm programme details and delivery requirements\n2. Programme Operations and Administration\nManage operational and administrative tasks required for programme delivery, including contracts, arrangements, system registration, invoicing, payments, and documentation. \nCoordinate internal processes, approvals, vendor arrangements, and other practical steps needed for smooth execution. \nMaintain programme-related records, trackers, and operational documents. \n3. Programme Management and Stakeholder Coordination\nMonitor programme progress, milestones, issues, and deliverables. \nCoordinate communication with participants, partners, vendors, and internal teams. \nManage detailed coordination with stakeholders in Japan, including government agencies, corporates, universities, startups, mentors, and other partners. \nIdentify issues or risks and follow up with relevant parties to resolve them. \n4.
