You do not need to own every workstream; you need to ensure the right people are aligned, accountable, and moving toward a common business outcomeas a strategic business integrator.\nWhat You'll Do\nGTM Strategy & Planning\nDevelop and execute integrated GTM plans for strategic silicon ecosystem partners and initiativeswith respective Business Development leaders.\n\nTranslate corporate, product, and ecosystem strategies into clear priorities, objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.\n\nPartner with Business Development and Ecosystem leaders to identifyopportunities to accelerate revenue, adoption, customer value, and partner engagement.\n\nSupport annual and quarterly planning, including market opportunity, target accounts, investments, resources, and expected business outcomes.\n\nDevelop joint business plans and GTM strategies with strategic partners.\n\nProgram Leadership\nLead cross-functional GTM programs from strategy through execution, in partnership with Business Development leader.\n\nEstablish program objectives, workstreams, owners, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics\n\nCoordinate activities across Business Development, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and strategic partners.\n\nIdentifyrisks, dependencies, and execution gaps and drive resolution.\n\nEstablish operating cadences, includingprogram reviews, executive updates, and business reviews.\n\nEnsure strategic initiatives maintainmomentum and deliver against agreed objectives.\n\nEcosystem & Partner GTM\nWith Business Development leaders, partnerclosely with strategic ecosystem partners, including semiconductor, OEM, cloud, and technology partners.\n\nDevelop joint GTM motions including account mapping, solution positioning, sales plays, enablement, campaigns, events, and customer engagements.\n\nHelp develop joint value propositions and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer outcomes.\n\nTrack partner commitments, investments, milestones, and business results.\n\nSupport executive engagement and preparation for strategic partner meetings and business reviews.\n\nBusiness & Performance Management\nDefine and track KPIs for strategic silicon ecosystem programs.\n\nBuild dashboards, executive reporting, and business reviews that clearly communicate progress and business impact.\n\nAnalyze program performance and identifyopportunities to improve execution.\n\nConnect program activityto measurable outcomes such as pipeline, revenue, customer adoption, partner engagement, and strategic account penetration.\n\nDevelop recommendations based on data, program performance, and stakeholder feedback.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-8+ years of experiencein GTM strategy, program management, business operations, alliances, sales operations, consulting, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience working in a technology, software, semiconductor, cloud, OEM, or partner ecosystemenvironment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs without direct authority.\n\nStrong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to measurable business outcomes.\n\nExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders across multiple functions and companies.\n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with business metrics, financial data, and performance reporting.\n\nAbility to operateeffectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.\n\nStrong executive communication and presentation skills.\n\nA bias toward action, accountability, and solving problems rather than simply identifyingthem.\n\nNational Travel - 2 times per quarter on average.\n\nWork Arrangement\nRemote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $121,000 and USD $241,000 per year.\nHowever, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
