The Security Operations team, with members spread across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, operates under a 24/7 follow-the-sun model to ensure continuous monitoring and protection of Nutanix's digital assets. This global presence fosters a diverse and collaborative team culture where members support each other across different time zones to maintain a vigilant defense posture against cyber threats.\nYou will report to the Senior Manager, Security Operations and work remotely. As part of the Security Operations team, you can expect to focus on enhancing Nutanix's cybersecurity posture from the comfort of your chosen workspace without the need for frequent travel.\nYour Role\nProvide expert analysis and advice on security matters\nManage and respond to security incidents\nBe in a team of Security Engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nIdentify and implement operational improvements\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders\nPossess in-depth knowledge of security tools and incident investigation\nInterpret threat intelligence and deploy countermeasures\nEstablish priorities and deliver objectives within a project management framework\nDesign automated workflows and integrations to streamline security operations\nDevelop and maintain the Cybersecurity incident response process, including all required supporting materials\nWhat You Will Bring\n4+ years of experience as a Security Analyst or Security Engineer\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nExpertise in security incident response\nAbility to operate in a 24/7 security operations team\nDetailed knowledge of security tools and threat intelligence\nProficiency in relevant security concepts and technologies\nExperience in a fast-paced, global security operations environment\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills\nPay Transparency: The OTE range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between EUR €82,000 and EUR €122,000 per year.\nPlease note that OTE offered may vary depending on relevant objective factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\nWork Arrangement\nRemote: This position is primarily remote.
