The candidate should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct daily/weekly cycle counts as per the defined audit plan.\nPhysically count and verify inventory across assigned bins and locations.\nMatch physical inventory with system inventory and identify any discrepancies.\nVerify SKU, product quantity, batch, expiry, MRP and other relevant inventory details.\nIdentify and report shortage, excess, damaged, misplaced and suspicious inventory.\nEnsure that all inventory found on the warehouse floor is properly accounted for and highlighted during the audit.\nInvestigate inventory mismatches and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.\nIdentify the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring inventory discrepancies.\nMaintain proper documentation of all cycle count observations and discrepancies.\nPrepare and share daily/weekly cycle count reports with accurate remarks and supporting details.\nEnsure that pending discrepancies are followed up and closed within the defined timeline.\nRe-audit bins/SKUs wherever required after corrective action.\nCoordinate with Inventory, Operations, QC, Putaway and other relevant teams for inventory accuracy.\nEnsure proper adherence to warehouse SOPs and inventory control processes.\nEscalate critical or recurring discrepancies to the reporting manager on priority.\nSupport inventory audits, stock verification and other inventory-related activities as required.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nInventory accuracy\nCycle count completion as per defined schedule\nAccuracy of physical vs. system inventory\nTimely identification and closure of discrepancies\nQuality and accuracy of audit reports\nTimely RCA and corrective action tracking\nReduction in recurring inventory discrepancies\nCompliance with inventory audit SOPs\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\nBasic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.\nAbility to identify discrepancies and investigate their causes.\nGood documentation and reporting skills.\nAbility to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.\nGood communication and follow-up skills.\nWillingness to work on the warehouse floor and perform physical inventory counts.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nEducational Qualification\nMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.\nCandidates with experience in warehouse, inventory, stock audit, cycle count or operations will be preferred.\n\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:\nWarehouse Inventory\nCycle Counting\nStock Audit\nInventory Reconciliation\nWarehouse Operations\nFMCG / E-commerce / D2C warehouse operations\n\nWorking days: Monday - Saturday\nLocation: khasra no. 286, Lal kuawn , Mehrauli badarpur road, Vishwakarma colony,Delhi\nWork Expectations\nMaintain 100% accuracy while conducting physical counts and reporting discrepancies.\nAll discrepancies must be properly documented with clear remarks.\nAny suspicious, excess, shortage, damaged or unidentified inventory must be highlighted immediately.\nNo audit observation should be left undocumented or pending without proper remarks.\nDaily cycle count activities and reports must be completed within the defined timeline.\nThe associate will be expected to proactively identify inventory issues rather than only reporting system-generated discrepancies.\n\nWhy Nutrabay:\nWe believe in an open, intellectually honest culture where everyone is given the autonomy to contribute and do their life’s best work.
