Associate - Motion Design

You should apply if you have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, social media reels, and video ad creatives.
• 1-3 years of experience in motion design or video editing, preferably for D2C or eCommerce brands.
• A good understanding of reel trends, short-form video formats, and what makes a viewer stop scrolling.
• A strong sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm in animation and edits.
• Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Very basic working knowledge of Photoshop and Figma (for asset prep and quick adjustments).
• The ability to take feedback well and collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams.
• A keen eye for detail, motion, and brand consistency.
• Experience creating Meta (Facebook and Instagram) video ads is a plus.
• High creative flair, a hunger to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.

You should not apply if you:

• Do not enjoy fast-paced, high-volume video work with quick turnarounds.
• Are not comfortable following brand guidelines with precision.
• Are not open to iterating on videos based on ad performance data and feedback.
• Prefer open-ended creative roles instead of output-driven tasks.

Skills Required:

• Motion graphics and animation in After Effects (kinetic typography, transitions, product animations)
• Video editing in Premiere Pro (cuts, pacing, subtitles, sound design and sync)
• Social media reel and short-form video creation
• Meta video ad creatives
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling for short-form content
• Knowledge of platform formats and safe zones (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
• Ability to produce multiple video variations for ad testing
• Basic Photoshop and Figma for preparing and exporting assets

What will you do?

• Edit and animate engaging reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create Meta video ads for product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build motion graphics, animated text, and transitions that bring Nutrabay products to life.
• Produce multiple hook and format variations of videos for performance testing.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to refresh video creatives based on what's working.
• Adapt and resize videos across platforms and placements.
• Ensure motion and visual consistency with Nutrabay's brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on reel trends, audio trends, and video ad best practices.
• Maintain an organized repository of project files, templates, and assets.

Work Experience:

1-3 years of experience in motion design or video editing, with hands-on experience in social media reels or video ads. Freshers with an exceptional motion portfolio may also apply.
