The Associate Planner position is accountable for Nutrabolt’s Fill Rate and Gross Inventory levels.What You're Good At:\nAssistin developingsupply plans at multiple levels of aggregation to drive alignment between demand and supply\n\nReview inventory profile and recommendpurchaseorders with assigned suppliers to manage appropriate inventorylevels at our DC’s\n\nHelp activelymaintainplanning parameters within MRP to optimize inventory turn goals while balancingcost, service, and delivery\n\nWork with purchasing and sourcing to review vendor allocations monthlyand make changes as needed based on long-term goals and strategies\n\nSupport and collaboratewith purchasing to identifyand mitigategaps; devise an early warning system for issue identification; and develop contingency plansto improve servicein a timely manner\n\nMaximizeinventory performanceby partneringcross-functionally with Commercial and Supply Chain partnersto develop and execute appropriate course(s)of action for product launches, product rollouts, inventory shortages, excess inventoryand end-of-life product disposition\n\nEnsure timelycommunication regardinginventory levels and key performance indicators to raise awarenessof inventory issues and influence supply chain performance\n\nParticipate and present in the monthly S&OP process with vendors and 3PLpartnersby providing reporting, root cause analysis, slide preparation, and KPI comments as required\n\nInitiate transfer orders to balance the network and mitigate risk\n\nConstantly pursue process improvement to achieve high performanceresults\n\nWhat You Contribute:\nBA degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field\n\nAPICS or Six Sigma certification is preferred, not required\n\n1-3yearsof related professional and progressive experience in supply chain in a global company with diverse product and sourcing portfolios\n\nMin1-3years’experience in supply planning, demand planning, or similar position required\n\nExceptional organizational and planning skills\n\nBasic communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to gatherdatesand a high attention to detail\n\nSelf-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers\n\nStrong senseof urgency and results orientation\n\nProficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel\n\nBasic knowledge of descriptive statistics, forecasting, or demand planning preferred\n\nWhy Nutrabolt?\nWellness Benefits\nNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.\nLifestyle Perks\nWe offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
