This role will work closely with the Creative Strategy Manager to help bring campaigns to life, coordinate creative production, and ensure content is efficiently scaled across commerce and advertising channels.What You're Good At:\nCreative Strategy Support\nPartner with the Creative Strategy Manager to align content plans with key campaigns, product launches, and business priorities.\nHelp coordinate content timelines across multiple stakeholders, including Creative, Paid Media, Brand, Affiliate, Project Management, Integrated Marketing teams.\nSupport the development and execution of content strategies across TikTok Shop, paid ads, and social commerce channels.\nResearch emerging organic social trends, top-performing affiliate content, and winning ad creative across social commerce platforms; compile competitor examples and maintain a centralized creative inspiration library to inform future briefs, campaigns, and content strategies.\nTikTok Shop & Affiliate Content\nSupport the creation and execution of TikTok Shop creative assets, including affiliate briefs, PDP content, creator resources, and promotional materials.\nManage projects through stakeholder review and approval processes to ensure timely delivery.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of affiliate-generated videos with approved usage rights for the Paid Media team.\nOrganize affiliate content, track asset availability, and help identify high-potential content for amplification.\nPaid Media Creative Operations\nSupport creative asset workflows from brief intake through final delivery.\nCreate and advance creative deliverable tickets within project management systems such as Wrike.\nCoordinate stakeholder reviews, gather feedback, and help lead recurring creative review meetings.\nEnsure creative assets are organized, delivered on time, and available for testing and launch.\nSocial Commerce Support\nAssist with Instagram Shop operations, including catalog management and product organization.\nSupport cross-channel content initiatives that drive both commerce and customer acquisition.\nWhat You Contribute:\n1-3 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or project coordination.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce platforms.\nExperience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar systems.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy Nutrabolt?\nWellness Benefits\nNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.\nLifestyle Perks\nWe offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
