Here, our teammates are united by our mission, and take ownership in creating a healthy workplace environment that promotes strong bodies, clear minds, and a culture of respect and belonging for all.\nWho You Are:\nReporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Auditor is responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting, and documenting supplier qualification and surveillance audits, as well as maintaining records and tracking supplier performance to ensure Nutrabolt’s co manufacturing and warehousing partners meet all regulatory, quality, and company standards. This role is essential to maintaining product safety, regulatory compliance, and overall quality performance across Nutrabolt’s global supplier base. In addition, this position supports pilot, scale up and commercial manufacturing and secondary or tertiary pack out of finished product. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of NSF certification and Certification for Sport, Food Safety regulations and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) best practices.What You're Good At:\nSupport the evaluation of new and existing partners by organizing required documentation and ensuring records align with cGMP, FSMA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.\n\nCoordinate, schedule, and track supplier qualification, surveillance, and requalification audits.\n\nProvide onsite quality oversight and/or support during audits, pilot runs, and initial production activities as required.\n\nPrepare and issue audit reports; manage follow-up actions; and maintain CAPA records within designated quality systems.\n\nMaintain accurate and current supplier profiles, audit files, and approved supplier lists within the Quality Management System.\n\nAssist in the lifecycle management of approved suppliers by updating risk assessments, monitoring performance, maintaining documentation, and tracking recertification schedules.\n\nPartner with internal teams to address supplier non-conformances through investigation, corrective, and preventive action (ECAR) processes.\n\nSupport licensing partner programs by organizing required submissions, maintaining approval documentation, and coordinating communication with licensors.\n\nAssist co-manufacturers with regulatory readiness by coordinating mock recalls, organizing traceability documentation, and preparing records for review.\n\nRespond to internal stakeholder requests by completing customer questionnaires, maintaining portals, and preparing required documentation.\n\nRepresent the Quality department in cross-functional projects related to supplier performance and regulatory compliance.\n\nManage a dynamic project portfolio by maintaining project trackers, prioritizing tasks, and supporting processes to meet deadlines.\n\nAnalyze product data and collaborate with Contract Manufacturer to investigate and troubleshoot out of specification results, track deviations, and drive reduction efforts.\n\nPrepare and maintain performance metrics dashboards to assess program effectiveness, quality adherence, and improvement activities.\n\nParticipate in projects as assigned, acting as contact with other departments and communicating regularly with direct management regarding status and timeline.\n\nWhat You Contribute:\nBachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience.\n\n1-3 years of experience performing quality or compliance audits in a cGMP-regulated environment.\n\nStrong working knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 111 and 117, including FSMA requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standards such as SQF, BRCGS, or FSSC 22000.\n\nASQ (CQA, CQE, CQM), PCQI, or HACCP certification preferred.\n\nExcellent written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple audits/projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.\n\nIndependent, detail-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.\n\nEffective collaborator across diverse teams and external partners.\n\nExperience in powdered, pill, or carbonated beverage manufacturing preferred.\n\nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time.\n\nKey Results & Goals\nMaintain full compliance of third-party manufacturing and warehousing partners.\n\nEnsure timely audit completion, reporting, and corrective action closures.\n\nDrive continuous improvement of supplier quality performance metrics.\n\nWhy Nutrabolt?\nWellness Benefits\nNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.\nLifestyle Perks\nWe offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
