Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to realizing their own potential to grow.\nAbout You:\nNutrafol is searching for a Senior QA Analyst who is a strong, hands-on tester with a proven ability to quickly identify bugs and quality issues. Our ideal candidate combines technical know-how, critical thinking, speed, and relentless attention to detail to ensure deliverables are top quality. You should be comfortable testing rapidly changing features, identifying issues others may miss, and clearly communicating defects to product managers and developers.\nWe are a highly motivated, collaborative, fast-moving team with an entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action. If you're interested in joining a dynamic, creative, and innovative company, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!\nThis is a remote role based in the United States and reports to the SVP, QA and Technology.\nResponsibilities:\nManually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change\nFind, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in Jira, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues\nAbility to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner\nTest ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers \nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment\nStrong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written)\nGood knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools\nGood understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies\nExperience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers\nPassionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it \nUnderstanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping\nRecent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve overall testing efficiency\nInterview Process:\nTalent Acquisition Interview\nHiring Manager Interview\nTeam Interview\nFinalist Interview\nBackground/Reference Checks\nOffer\nNutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
