In this role you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. Your work will have a direct impact on how customers interact with our products and services.\nWhat will you do\nDesign user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.\n\nImprove user conversion, retention and engagement with design solutions across the whole product.\n\nConduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.\n\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.\n\nMaintain and contribute to the company's design system and ensure brand consistency.\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process.\n\nApplicant requirements\n3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.\n\nExperience in Product Management is highly desirable.\n\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma (comfortable with auto-layouting, components and all the features Figma provides for efficient design work) and Adobe Creative Suite.\n\nPrecision and organisation when creating and maintaining designs.\n\nExperience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.\n\nSolid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).\n\nStrong ability to prioritize between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent knowledge of English.\n\nCopywriting skills is a big plus.\n\nWhy this place just feels right\nExceptional people.
