Assuma a direção da sua jornada, tome o controle do seu desenvolvimento e defina o seu próprio caminho.\nO que você vai fazer\nReportando-se ao Líder de Produção, o Auxiliar de Operações atua diretamente na linha de ensacamento de produtos em pó, contribuindo para o cumprimento das metas de volume, dos padrões de qualidade e das normas de segurança. Trata-se de uma atividade de baixa complexidade técnica, porém de alta responsabilidade, que exige atenção constante, organização e trabalho em equipe. Entre suas principais atividades estão participar ativamente do DQS (Diálogo de Qualidade e Segurança) no início do dia, zelando pela sua integridade física e pela segurança dos colegas; realizar o ensacamento de produtos em pó em embalagens de 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg e 30 kg, visando ao cumprimento das metas diárias de volume; manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado durante todo o turno, realizando também a limpeza completa do setor e dos equipamentos ao final do expediente, deixando-os adequados para o próximo turno; garantir a disponibilidade, o correto acondicionamento e a preservação das matérias-primas e insumos no estoque; além de realizar o reensaque de produtos avariados, efetuar o conserto de sacarias e inspecionar os paletes, separando aqueles que apresentarem danos para encaminhamento ao setor de manutenção.\nQuem procuramos\nEstamos à procura de alguém responsável, que assuma essa função com autonomia e comprometimento.
