Own your expertise. Own your future.\nWat ga je doen\nAls HSE Officer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu op onze productielocatie in Deventer. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met operators, supervisors en management om veiligheid continu te verbeteren.\nJe stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur, zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt HSE-beleid naar praktisch en zichtbaar gedrag op de site. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke HSE-expertise met coaching, leiderschap en continue verbetering. Je bewaakt niet alleen processen en systemen, maar maakt vooral impact door mensen mee te nemen in veilig werken.\nWie zoeken wij\nWij zoeken een HSE-professional die eigenaarschap toont en veiligheid echt leeft op de werkvloer.
