Own your development, Own your career, Own your potential.\nWhat you'll do\nIn this role, you’ll support pricing operations and gain hands-on experience across pricing processes:\nCollaborate with our UK & Ireland teams to support pricing activities.\n\nSupport the preparation of customer price lists, quotations, and pricing communications.\n\nMaintain accurate pricing data within ERP and CRM systems, ensuring strong data integrity, audit trails and consistent record keeping.\n\nAnalyse pricing data, prepare business reports and support scenario planning to help inform commercial decision-making.\n\nAct as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance and customers, helping to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of pricing activities.\n\nInteract directly with customers where required, ensuring clear and professional communication.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance pricing processes and ways of working.\n\nWho we're looking for\nDeveloping professional (with around 3-5 years’ experience) with exposure to finance, data analysis, commercial support, or reporting environments.\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nComfortable working with data, reports, and numbers.\n\nIntermediate Excel skills, including experience with formulas, lookups, filters, and pivot tables.\n\nExperience using ERP, CRM, or similar business systems would be advantageous, but not essential.\n\nGood communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with both internal stakeholders and customers.\n\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.\n\nWhat you'll receive\nAlongside a rewarding career, you'll receive:\n25 days' annual leave plus 8 UK bank holidays.\n\nOngoing training and development opportunities within a global organisation.\n\nOpportunity to work on a hybrid model.\n\nPension Scheme\n\nHealthcare Benefits\n\nCycle to Work Scheme, allowing you to purchase bicycles and equipment through a tax-efficient salary sacrifice arrangement.\n\nDiscounted gym memberships at selected local leisure centres.\n\nWellbeing support and social activities throughout the year.\n\nHow and why to find out more\nThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in pricing operations while making a meaningful contribution to a business dedicated to Feeding the Future.
