Own your direction, Own your development, and Own your path.\nWhat you’ll do\nIn this role, you will own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement. You will operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will actively contribute to operational excellence and reliability across the site.\nWho we’re looking for\nYou are a safety-focused, dependable production operator who takes pride in equipment ownership and product quality. You thrive in a manufacturing environment, are comfortable working night shifts, and are motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry.
