The role supports R&D activities by executing aqua feeds and challenge trials, optimizing system performance, and ensuring accurate and traceable data collection in compliance with established protocols and SOPs.\nJob Description:\nMain Tasks\nPrepare and implement trial protocols, including:\nTrial protocol: Trial design, Stocking, Feeding regimes, Sampling procedures.\nTanks and system set up and preparation\nManage daily operations of the indoor RAS facility, including:\nWater quality monitoring and control\nSystem operation and maintenance\nFish and shrimp health monitoring\nExecute Aqua feeds and challenge trials according to approved experimental protocols\nEnsure strict adherence to biosecurity procedures and protocols\nConduct daily data collection, recording and monitoring\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for RAS operation and trial execution\nEnsure data accuracy, traceability and compliance with SOPs\nSupport statistical data preparation, analysis, and reporting for R&D purposes\nTroubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions to ensure stability and minimize variation between replicates\nFacility & Equipment Responsibilities. \nOperate and maintain key RAS components, including: Biofilters, Drum filters, UV systems, Pumps and aeration systems, Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment.\n\nHow and why to find out more\nWe can offer you a meaningful career where you'll take pride in the role you play every day in Feeding the Future.
