Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.\nWhat you’ll do\nWarehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations and customer service activities. This role involves handling product movement, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting customers and internal teams. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.\nVerify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products.\n\nMaintain proper stock rotation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nSupport stock counts and respond to customer inquiries during pickups.\n\nPerform general warehouse duties, including serving customers, loading feed, receiving orders, and operating a forklift.\n\nKeep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and organized.\n\nWork with team members to support an efficient, well-organized warehouse environment.\n\nManage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMaintain a strong focus on product quality and accuracy.\n\nComplete other duties as assigned.\n\nWho we’re looking for\nAble to bend, twist, climb ladders, open and close lids, and stand for extended periods.\n\nAble to regularly lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs).\n\nComfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.\n\nComfortable working in dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature conditions.\n\nWilling to use required personal protective equipment, such as a hard hat and safety boots.\n\nAble to operate equipment and work at heights when required.\n\nRegular, full-time, shift-work rotation (e.g. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) may be required, including some weekends or extended hours based on operational needs\n\nYou’ll also need\nGrade 12 diploma or equivalent\n\nAgricultural industry experience is considered an asset\n\nForklift experience is an asset\n\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nCommitted to providing high-quality customer service\n\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail\n\nProfessional, approachable, and customer-focused\n\nWhat you’ll receive\nAs part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with global footprint.
