You’ll work in a fast-paced environment across production, fulfillment, and material handling areas.\nThe Warehouse Associate position is structured into four levels. Each level with varying responsibilities and opportunities for exposure to different parts of working in a manufacturing facility. We are currently searching for a Warehouse Associate - Level 3 for a Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday shift from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.\nWhat you'll do\nLevel 3\nSS Operator,Inventory Management,Mixing, Koppers Panning, automation heavy lifter, NJ2\nYou’ll take ownership of operating and maintaining key production or material handling equipment.\nAudit and verify work completed for accuracy and efficiency\nManually lift, carry, move, and stage raw materials, ingredients, or finished products\nMaintain product flow by replenishing machines/work stations\nFill products using equipment and/or tools, such as scoops and scales, for B2B\nBuild, stage, load, and unload pallets or deliveries\nAccurately pick and move products following FIFO (First In, First Out) standards\nMeet established production goals\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas\nFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nPerform basic equipment setup, cleaning, and assembly\nTroubleshoot and report issues that may impact productivity\nOther duties as assigned\nPhysical Requirements: Lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift, push/pull, squat/bend, stand up to 10 hrs a day on average.
