The ideal candidate enjoys managing day-to-day office activities, supporting employees, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.\nYou will be the primary point of contact for office operations and employee-related matters in Bangalore, working closely with our Global HR, Finance, and IT teams.\nWhat you'll own\nOffice & Facilities Management\nOversee daily office operations, including facilities, maintenance, supplies, security, and access.\n\nManage vendors, contracts, invoices, and service renewals.\n\nCoordinate IT equipment, office logistics, employee events, and leadership visits.\n\nSupport office expansion or relocation activities as needed.\n\nHR Operations & Employee Support\nManage employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, leave, and HR records.\n\nCoordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee changes with Finance and global HR teams using platforms such as Deel.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for employee HR and office-related questions.\n\nSupport local HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee engagement initiatives.\n\nHiring & Global Coordination\nAssist with interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and new hire onboarding.\n\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Global HR to ensure smooth operations.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and accurate employee records.\n\nWhat we're looking\n5-8 years of experience in office management, HR operations, or HR generalist roles.\n\nHands-on experience managing facilities, vendors, and office administration.\n\nWorking knowledge of payroll coordination, employee benefits, onboarding, and Indian HR practices.\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to independently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.\n\nComfortable collaborating with global teams across time zones.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in a startup, technology company, or multinational organization.\n\nFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Deel.\n\nKnowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.\n\nExperience supporting office setup or expansion.\n\nThe next great CPU won't build itself.
