We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nYour Mission\nAs an Agentic Engineering Expert, you will serve as a senior technical authority, advancing agentic software engineering and establishing Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC) capabilities as a core engineering discipline. You will define the standards, governance models, platforms, evaluation frameworks, and reusable capabilities required to scale agentic-native software development, partnering with Engineering, Product, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Information Security, Data, DevOps, and AI teams.\nResponsibilities:\nAgentic Architecture and Technical Leadership\nDefine engineering standards and best practices for agentic delivery.\nLead lighthouse implementations and mentor engineers.\nEvaluate emerging models, frameworks and agentic platforms.\nCreate engineering accelerators and implementation playbooks.\nADLC Ownership and Evolution\nDefine and continuously improve ADLC standards.\nEstablish delivery patterns, control gates and certification requirements.\nOwn enterprise evaluation frameworks and agentic engineering harnesses.\nDefine benchmarking, regression testing and security evaluation standards.\nEstablish auditability, traceability, observability and rollback requirements.\nEmbed ADLC controls into CI/CD and operational platforms.\nAgentic Platforms and Developer Experience\nDefine requirements for enterprise agentic platforms.\nGuide the adoption of Code Agents.\nDefine model routing, context management, memory services and AI gateways.\nEstablish platform security, observability and resiliency requirements.\nAgents, Skills and MCP Ecosystem\nDefine standards for approved agents, approved skills, workflows and MCP services.\nEstablish enterprise registries and certification frameworks.\nDefine prompt governance and lifecycle management.\nGuide onboarding, monitoring, optimisation and retirement processes.\nGovernance, Security and Responsible AI\nDefine controls for hallucinations, prompt injection and insecure code generation.\nProtect intellectual property, data and regulated workloads.\nDefine responsible AI requirements and risk acceptance processes.\nLead incident reviews and corrective actions.\nEngineering Transformation and Adoption\nCreate adoption playbooks, academies and communities of practice.\nDefine capability models and career frameworks.\nMeasure adoption and maturity outcomes.\nValue Realisation and Cost Management\nTrack productivity, quality, release frequency and developer experience.\nMeasure effectiveness of agents, skills and workflows.\nOptimise token usage, model routing and platform efficiency.\nRequirements\n10+ years of software engineering experience.\nDeep expertise in ADLC, cloud native architecture, CI/CD, and observability.\nExpert proficiency with Code Agents and Agents Frameworks.\nExperience building evaluation harnesses, benchmarking systems, and governance frameworks.\nLeadership Expectations\nTechnical leader.\nPragmatic, data-driven, and outcomes-focused.\nChampion of engineering excellence and responsible AI.\nNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
