We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nPosition Overview\nThe Configuration Specialist is responsible for the setup, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of merchant production accounts within the payment gateway environment. This role ensures accurate configuration of payment methods, banking information, currencies, MCC codes, terminals, and account profiles while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and business requirements. The specialist works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support merchant onboarding, account modifications, and production issue resolution.\nYou will carry out sensitive technical configurations in the production environment and contribute to the configuration of the new clients of the company. Participating in testing and troubleshooting new Banks, APMs and services in production environment. Executing all configuration requests submitted via tickets and executed only when the requirements are clear.\nResponsibilities:\nHandle routine technical configuration and data to fill tasks\nWrite and follow specific procedures, unique to each client/partner.\nReply to inquiries concerning technical and configuration matters.\nTrack the issues until problems are solved, contacting the relevant departments in the organization when needed.\n Previous experience in the online payment industry will be considered a significant advantage.\nExperience with APM (Alternative Payments Methods) and 3-th party providers.\nTechnical background -investigating logs, internet experience, communication protocols (client-server, server-to-server, etc.) is a plus.\nPrevious experience in creating queries for servers using HTTPS and REST API is a plus.\nOrientation in technical documentation API (Application Programming Interface).\nOrientation in big server logs from different modules.\nInvestigating errors and logs and sending feedback to internal departments (Product/Technical Teams).\nAbility to analyze problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources.\nFast learner, multi-tasker, tech oriented.\nA high level of patience and the ability to work in a busy and sometimes pressured environment.\nAbility to prevent wrong configurations due to missing or incomplete requirements.\nHigh attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nRequirements\nAbility to handle and take ownership repetitive technical tasks\nTechnical affinity, fast learning, and multi-tasking\nCreating new clients’ accounts\n Configuring Different Banks and Cards\n Configuring new alternative payment methods via different providers\nCompany products and services\nTechnical changes for existing accounts\nWorking Language\nEnglish (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed\nBenefits\nBulgaria:\nCompetitive holiday allowance\nHealth insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program\nSport membership card\neVouchers\nLithuania:\nPrivate Health Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nMonthly Food Vouches\nAdditional Perks: Office perks, company events, training opportunities, and a supportive space for personal and professional growth.\nThe annual base salary range for this role in the primary locations are: Bulgaria: EUR €26,500 - EUR €30,000 (Gross) and Lithuania: €28,000-€36,000 (Gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.\nThis salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
