We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nYour Mission:\nWe are looking for a highly motivated, service-oriented IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide fast and efficient technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the onboarding of new hires - Install, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot end-users’ equipment, software & apps, and other peripherals for a flawless user onboarding. \nProvide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-ups on client questions and problems in a professional, polite manner to provide a superior customer experience. \nRespond to requests for technical assistance either in person, via the ticketing system, or over the phone.\nTroubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults\nFollow, document, and initiate the creation of internal IT procedures, workflows and guides.\nMaintain and support in-office IT Equipment - computers, printers, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.\nEnsuring that system records and procedures are accurate and current\nMaintain and track IT Equipment inventory stock to support everyday activities. \nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of proven experience as an IT technician or similar role\nExperience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems - a must\nExperience working with ServiceNow.\nProvide application support such as Microsoft Office, VPN, Web Browsers, Proxy, etc.\nIT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, O365)\nAbility to work under pressure in a multitasking environment\nService-oriented, with a can-do attitude, great human relations \nHigh-level English - Verbal & Writing\nNative Lithuanian speaker\nBenefits\nPrivate Health Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nMonthly Food Vouchers\nAdditional Perks: Office perks, company events, training opportunities, and a supportive space for personal and professional growth.\nWorking Language\nEnglish (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed\n***Our recruitment process may use automated tools, including AI, to support application management and candidate shortlisting.\nThe annual salary range for this role is between € 1,792- € 2,240 (before tax) a month. This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location.
