We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nYour Mission\nWe are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our Israel People team as a maternity leave replacement - temporary for 9 months.\nThis is a hands-on and diverse role that combines People Operations and Employee Experience, with significant ownership across day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, HR systems, welfare, and engagement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nPeople Operations:\nManage day-to-day People Operations activities and provide ongoing support to employees and managers across the Israel site.\nOwn and coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal changes, promotions, organizational and title changes, maternity leave, and offboarding.\nPrepare and manage HR documentation, employee letters, employment confirmations, forms, and other ongoing HR administration.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HiBob, ensuring data quality and timely updates.\nManage employee changes and payroll-related updates in close coordination with Payroll and Finance.\nSupport ongoing HR processes related to attendance, benefits, employee records, and other employment matters.\nServe as a key point of contact for employees, providing responsive and professional support for day-to-day People-related questions and requests.\nWork closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of People processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes and create more efficient and employee-friendly ways of working.\nManage multiple ongoing processes, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.\nEmployee Experience & Welfare:\nOwn and execute employee experience, welfare, and engagement initiatives for the Israel site.\nPlan and produce company events, holiday celebrations, happy hours, employee activities, gifts, swag, and other engagement initiatives.\nManage projects and events end-to-end, including concept development, planning, budgeting, vendor sourcing and negotiations, logistics, employee communication, and on-site execution.\nCreate and manage meaningful employee experiences around key milestones, including birthdays, work anniversaries, maternity-related moments, recognition initiatives, and other personal and professional milestones.\nManage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including quotes, negotiations, purchasing processes, and ongoing coordination.\nPartner with local and global stakeholders to execute company-wide People and Employee Experience initiatives. Support the overall day-to-day employee and office experience and oversee the Office Manager.\nRequirements\nPrevious hands-on experience in People Operations / HR Operations and a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.\nProven hands-on experience in Employee Experience and Welfare, including planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.\nExperience managing projects and initiatives independently from concept to execution.\nStrong operational and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong service-oriented, people-first approach.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.\nA proactive, creative, resourceful, and hands-on mindset.\nStrong Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.\nExperience working with HRIS systems; HiBob experience is a strong advantage.\nNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
