We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nYour Mission\nWe are looking for a SDR Manager to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, Americas, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the US market by running a team focused on uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n- Managing, onboarding and training a team of SDRs who are responsible for generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.\n- Tracking and Measuring key performance indicators for yourself and your team.\n- Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients - and passing this on to your team.\n- Managing your time efficiently and prioritizing your work load to generate your own results as well as your teams.\n- Proactively engaging with potential and building strong relationships.\n- Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.\n- Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research & passing this on to your team.\n- Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts & share and work on these with your team.\n- Managing internal stakeholders effectively and building strong cross-functional relationships to support team and business objectives.\n- Developing, documenting and embedding sales development best practices across the team.\n- Ability to utilize your own and your teams resources to have an efficient outbound program\nRequirements\n- 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound experience.\n- Previous experience as an SDR is preferred.\n- Ambition to lead and manage others as well as maintaining your own quota.\n- Exceptional relationship-building skills.\n- Fluent in English.\n- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills\n- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role\n- Ambitious individual with lofty career goals\n- Emotional Intelligence\n- Team player\nBenefits\nCompetitive holiday allowance\n401K Matching program\nGroup Insurance Benefits\nFlexible working model\nEmployee Assistance Program\nNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
