We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!\nYour Mission\nWe are looking for a Senior Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our SVP of Global Revenue Operations, you will lead Nuvei’s Commercial reporting and x-functional performance analytics globally, across every segment, channel and vertical. This is a key leadership role responsible for a Commercial analytics suite spanning marketing analytics, revenue acquisition, portfolio and payment performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Nuvei’s Commercial reporting and x-functional performance analytics globally, across every segment, channel and vertical\nOwn a Commercial analytics suite spanning marketing analytics, revenue acquisition, portfolio and payment performance\nDeliver insights from data and complex signals in support of clear, actionable direction for stakeholders\nLead root cause analysis of segment, channel, vertical, client and Commercial performance to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation\nPartner with stakeholders and domain SMEs for detailed diagnostics as needed\nStandardise and operationalise dashboarding and KPIs across business units and for executive communications\nDefine business requirements and translate into a data, analytics and automation roadmap - migrate from static dashboarding to intelligent decision support\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement to increase speed, clarity and impact of reporting/analytical products\nQualifications\nPlayer-coach with 15+ years’ experience in delivery of revenue forecasting and profitability analysis, within the payments industry - must\nTrack record of leading and mentoring a team of data analysts and BI developers\nExperience delivering scalable reporting frameworks, including defining data models, KPIs, metrics and reporting standards\nExperience with leading strategic, performance and operational analysis in support of business decision-making\nExperience working with Salesforce, BI and leveraging AI tools/methodologies to improve productivity and dynamic decision-management\nBenefits\nSpecific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.\nNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
