This role deploys and maintains cloud services, supports business continuity and disaster recovery, and partners with IT Operations, Development, and IT R&D to improve operational efficiency across multi-cloud environments. The role also administers enterprise AI services and applies governance controls for secure access, monitoring, auditability, cost management, and responsible use.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nCloud Infrastructure & Operations\nDeploy, configure, and maintain services and applications within Microsoft Azure and AWS\nManage cloud maintenance activities including upgrades, patches, backups, and resource configuration across Azure and AWS environments\nDevelop and maintain processes for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and High Availability (HA) in coordination with IT Operations and Development teams\nProvide diagnostic support for hardware, networks, and software in cloud-based environments\nCreate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multi-cloud infrastructure\nImplement process improvements to optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments\nParticipate in after-hours and on-call support rotations\nSecurity, Compliance & AI Operations\nAdminister data standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\nAdminister enterprise AI services such as Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock, including RBAC, networking, quotas, logging, and lifecycle management\nApply AI governance and security controls for data protection, access, monitoring, audit logging, cost management, and compliance\nCollaborate with IT R&D and IT Operations teams to enhance cross-functional communication and improve operational efficiency\nObtain and maintain relevant certifications to stay current with evolving technologies\nWhat You Bring\nCore Capabilities(What you need to be successful in this role)\n3+ years of experience in cloud administration with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\n2+ years of experience with network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity\nKnowledge of Azure and AWS core services, cloud storage (Azure Blob/Files, AWS S3/EFS), Kubernetes, and resource management\nProficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and software issues in cloud and hybrid environments\nAbility to perform computer-based tasks for extended periods\nPreferred Experience(Helpful, but not required)\nStrong Experience with Azure and AWS security, compliance, and monitoring tools (Azure Defender, Purview, Sentinel, AWS CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub)\nExperience with SentinelOne SIEM platforms\nExperience with server-based Domain Controllers (DCs), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and AWS IAM\nScripting experience with Python, PowerShell, AWS CLI, Azure CLI, or similar tools\nUnderstanding of continuous automation and AI-assisted operations across multiple technology stacks\nExperience administering Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Microsoft Copilot in enterprise environments\nUnderstanding of AI governance, secure prompt and data handling, access controls, usage and cost monitoring, and responsible AI practices\nExperience with Microsoft Intune for device and app management\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExperience using Jira for project tracking\nWho Thrives in This Role\nYou take ownership of cloud administration responsibilities and follow through on maintenance, backups, configuration, and support work\nYou are problem-solving focused and able to manage multiple priorities across cloud and hybrid environments\nYou proactively collaborate with IT R&D, IT Operations, and Development teams to improve communication and operational efficiency\nYou are comfortable supporting evolving technology stacks, including automation, AI-assisted operations, and enterprise AI services\nYou identify opportunities to improve Azure and AWS processes while maintaining security and compliance standards\nBenefits\nRemote-first work environment\nCompetitive compensation\nFlexible PTO\nMedical, dental, vision\n401(k) with match\nLife and disability coverage\nEmployee Assistance Program\nMission-driven team\nCompensation\nThe expected base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
