non-clinical operations and document and report any issues per quality to the Pharmacist as appropriate.\nPackage orders based on policies and procedures.\nCoordinate medication delivery location and estimated time with patient.\nPrepare and arrange delivery of medication with courier service or shipping service.\nCommunicate with insurance carriers to obtain payment for prescription claims.\nAnswer incoming phone calls for prescription orders, refills, make outgoing follow up calls to patients regarding their medications.\nTriage calls and escalate to appropriate leadership when
