(NPI) through PPAP and Run @ Rate.\nValidate and support the effective application of automotive quality tools and techniques such as PFMEA, SPC, 8D, and the 7 QC tools.\nEnsure on-time availability of interim deliverables, including prototypes and NPI parts.\nDrive timely submission and approval of complete PPAP documentation and parts.\nManage and support deviation approvals through interim PPAP and ensure timely closure.\nSupport implementation of permanent corrective actions for supplier-related issues across the lifecycle.\nConduct and support periodic process audits at supplier sites, including audit reporting, risk identification, and tracking of closure actions.\nMonitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport plant quality teams in resolving purchased component non-conformities and ensure robust resolution plans.\nPromote deployment of lessons learned and best practices across suppliers and within the commodity.\nThis role involves approximately 30-40% travel.\nExperience required:-\nTechnical background in automotive, off-highway, or material handling industries.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes including casting, machining, sheet metal, and fabrication.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing and production processes.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nAwareness of product and process auditing methodologies.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, logical approach.\nFluent in spoken and written English.\nAttributes & Technical Skills required:-\nClear and concise communication skills.\nStrong personal organization with the ability to plan and manage work independently.\nExperience working in a matrix organization within
