Requisitos:\n\n- Bachiller o Titulado(a) en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Redes o carreras afines.\n\n- Experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando equipos de Soporte TI o Mesa de Ayuda.\n\n- Conocimientos en infraestructura TI (Windows Server, Linux, redes, virtualización y Active Directory).\n\n- Experiencia en plataformas Cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP) y buenas prácticas ITIL.\n\n- Manejo de herramientas de ticketing, monitoreo y automatización (PowerShell, Python o Bash).\n\n- Capacidad de liderazgo, organización, comunicación y resolución de problemas. Funciones principales:\n\n- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Soporte Técnico.\n\n- Supervisar la atención de incidentes y asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA.\n\n- Gestionar escalamientos, incidentes críticos y problemas recurrentes.\n\n- Monitorear la infraestructura tecnológica y proponer mejoras continuas.\n\n- Implementar automatizaciones que optimicen los procesos del área.\n\n- Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión (KPIs) para la toma de decisiones.\n\n- Coordinar con clientes y áreas internas para garantizar una atención oportuna y de calidad.
