You will start on a strategic, compliance-critical programme for one of our key clients, a major US health insurance company we’ve been partnering with since 2024, focused on consent and preference management on Experience Cloud within a multi-cloud landscape (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud).\nBeyond this project, you will support other ongoing and upcoming initiatives, contribute to pre-sales and stay close to the code, combining architecture, pre-sales and hands-on development as business needs evolve. You will work with Project Managers, Product Owners, developers, consultants and QA, and directly with client IT leaders and business owners.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning technical decisions end to end, can explain trade-offs to any audience, and wants to help shape how our architecture practice grows.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\n Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for client projects, from discovery to go-live, identifying technical risks early (limits, performance, technical debt) and planning their mitigation.\nDesign scalable data models, sharing and security models, including large data volume considerations.\n Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware such as MuleSoft) between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, data and legacy systems.\nDecide between declarative and programmatic solutions and document decisions in solution design documents, architecture diagrams and ADRs.\nDefine sandbox strategy, CI/CD and DevOps processes (DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset or similar) and support release planning.\nReview designs and code, set coding and configuration standards, and mentor developers and consultants, while supporting the team with development tasks when needed.\nDesign and deliver AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions, using Agentforce and Data Cloud or external LLMs such as Claude, covering agent design, data grounding, guardrails and trust/security considerations.\nShape pre-sales proposals: solution approach, estimations and technical assessments for new opportunities.\nPresent architecture options and trade-offs to client IT and business leaders.\nContribute to Nuvolar’s architecture practice with reusable standards and templates.\n What We’re Looking For\nExperience: 7+ years working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years as an architect or technical lead on client projects, leading technical teams and owning design decisions end to end.\nHands-on development: Solid background in Apex, LWC and Flow, with the ability to review and challenge developers’ work.\nMulti-cloud: Experience with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or an Industry Cloud.\nIntegration architecture: Proven experience designing integrations and choosing the right integration patterns.\nData and security: Strong knowledge of data modelling, sharing and security models, and governor limits.\n AI solutions: Proven experience designing and/or delivering AI solutions, on the Salesforce stack (Agentforce, Data Cloud) or with external LLMs (e.g. Claude).\n Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications.\nLanguages: Excellent oral and written English and Spanish, with the ability to present to client stakeholders.\nNice to have:\nData Cloud and Agentforce architecture experience.\nEnterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Salesforce Well-Architected, C4 model).\nSalesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.\nMuleSoft experience or certification.\nIndustry Clouds (e.g. Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) or CPQ / Revenue Cloud.\nPre-sales experience: estimations, proposals and client presentations.\nExperience in the healthcare industry.\n Why You’ll Love Working at Nuvolar\nFlexible Work & Work-Life Balance: enjoy options to balance work and personal life, including every other Friday off.\n100% Remote Work: work fully remotely from anywhere in Spain.\nCertifications on us: we cover any Salesforce certification, as well as Claude certifications.\nSeniority Program: additional benefits and privileges as you grow with the company.\nSocial & Team Budget: even though we primarily work remotely, we encourage team gatherings and activities, with a dedicated budget.\nContinuous Learning: training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.\nGrowth Opportunities: design authority on varied multi-cloud projects, real influence on our architecture practice, and work with newer Salesforce products such as Data Cloud and Agentforce.\nThe Hiring Process\nWe like to keep things simple and transparent:\nHR Interview - A friendly conversation to understand your background and career aspirations, and to see if we're a good cultural fit.\nTechnical Test - A practical Salesforce development exercise to assess how you design and build solutions on the platform.\nTechnical Intervie w - Meet the team and discuss the vision and your potential role in it.\nJoin a team where trust, growth, and purpose go hand in hand.
