You’ll Fit Right In.\nWe’re looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to connect our internal teams with external manufacturing partners and help keep products moving from production to customers. This hands-on role combines manufacturing support, sustaining engineering, supplier coordination, and inventory management.\nNo two days look exactly the same. You might help resolve a supply chain issue, coordinate a product change, or troubleshoot a manufacturing challenge. yesterday, we’d love to talk with you.\nWhat You'll Do\nContract Manufacturing & Supplier Support\nServe as a primary day-to-day contact for contract manufacturing partners.\nMonitor manufacturing schedules, inventory levels, and product availability.\nCoordinate production activities to support customer demand and business objectives.\nTrack orders, inventory, and purchasing activities through the ERP system.\nSupport supplier process improvement and manufacturing optimization efforts.\nHelp troubleshoot manufacturing issues and coordinate resolution activities.\nCoordinate activities related to product continuity, component availability, and manufacturing changes.\nParticipate in investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBuild strong working relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.\nSustaining Engineering & Technical Support\nSupport continuation engineering, sustaining engineering, and product lifecycle management activities.\nPartner with the Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing, quality, and engineering initiatives.\nCoordinate engineering changes with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.\nAssist with manufacturing process improvements and documentation updates.\nSupport implementation of product and process changes.\nIdentify alternatives for obsolete materials and components.\nAssist in evaluating manufacturing issues, nonconformances, and process improvements.\nSupport validation, testing, and product implementation activities as needed. \nOperations, Receiving & Distribution Support\nCoordinate receiving activities for products and materials.\nPerform visual inspections of incoming products and materials to verify packaging integrity, labeling, quantity, and documentation accuracy.\nReview incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving records.\nMaintain receiving, inspection, and inventory records in accordance with established procedures.\nMaintain inventory accuracy and product traceability within the ERP system.\nSupport product distribution and fulfillment processes.\nAssist with inventory control activities, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.\nHelp ensure products move through established receiving, quarantine, and distribution processes.\nSupport shipping and logistics activities as needed \nCross-Functional Operational Support\nProvide backup support for customer service, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities.\nAssist with order processing and operational transactions within the ERP system when needed.\nSupport cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.\nHelp maintain operational efficiency through effective match\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n3-5 years of experience supporting contract manufacturing, manufacturing operations, sustaining/continuation engineering, supply chain, or a related technical environment. \nExperience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or outsourced manufacturing partners. \nExperience supporting manufacturing operations, sustaining engineering, or product lifecycle activities\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills.\nExperience using ERP systems.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel\nPreferred\nMedical device industry experience.\nExperience supporting contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) or regulated manufacturing environments.\nExperience with engineering change management, CAPA, nonconformance investigations, or quality system processes.\nExperience with incoming receiving, inventory control, distribution, or warehouse operations.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management and sustaining engineering practices.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.\nAny offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug
