The successful candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and CAD documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across a complex, mission-critical facility environment.\nThe BIM Engineer will play a key role in maintaining accurate as-built documentation, supporting information management processes, and advancing the digitalization of Facility Management operations. This position requires a highly organized and collaborative professional with strong technical expertise in BIM methodologies, Revit, AutoCAD, and building systems documentation. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and update CAD and BIM as-built documentation for MEP systems\nSupport drafting and modelling activities in AutoCAD and Revit environments\nConduct site surveys and ensure modifications are accurately reflected in as-built documentation\nMaintain technical documentation within the Facility Management Common Data Environment (SharePoint)\nCoordinate with Facility Management teams, project stakeholders, and technical specialists regarding documentation requirements\nDevelop and improve documentation and information management processes\nSupport BIM-based initiatives to enhance facility operations and digital transformation\nAssist in the implementation of information management standards and best practices\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience supporting BIM, CAD, Facility Management, building operations, construction, or asset information management programs\nAdvanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in a production environment\nDemonstrated experience maintaining and updating federated BIM models and as-built documentation throughout the asset lifecycle\nStrong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and associated technical drawings\nExperience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE) and managing technical documentation in platforms such as SharePoint\nExperience conducting site surveys and translating field conditions into accurate BIM and CAD deliverables\nActive NATO Secret Security Clearance\nExcellent drafting, documentation, and information management skills\nUpper-intermediate proficiency in English and basic proficiency in the second NATO official language\nPreferred (In addition to Requirements above):\nPrevious experience supporting NATO, government, defense, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated and security-sensitive environments\n7+ years of experience in Facility Management, mission-critical buildings, government facilities, airports, hospitals, data centers, or defense environments\nExperience supporting ISO 19650 BIM standards and information management methodologies\nExperience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), or digital twin initiatives\nFamiliarity with BIM execution planning, asset information requirements, and lifecycle information management\nExperience developing documentation standards, naming conventions, and governance processes\nKnowledge of Revit Families, parameter management, schedules, and model quality assurance procedures\nCompetencies and Skills:\nAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nStrong organizational and stakeholder management abilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nCollaborative and customer-focused mindset\nProcess improvement and problem-solving capabilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nThis position requires access to NATO classified information.
