We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.\nWe are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in California to support civil site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer eager to grow technical skills while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and preparation of civil site development plans, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts\nDevelop and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD; utilize Civil 3D for surfaces, alignments, and corridors where applicable\nPerform engineering calculations and quantity takeoffs\nPreparation of construction documents, technical reports, and permit submittals\nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies under the guidance of senior staff\nConduct site visits, field observations, and assist with construction support tasks as needed\nEnsure work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field\n4-7 years of civil engineering experience in California with Civil Site, Roadway, or Subdivision Development projects\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a must \nProfessional Engineer (PE) certification \nProficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D\nStrong understanding of basic civil engineering principles\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nExposure to local grading, drainage, and stormwater standards\nWhat We Offer\nMentorship and professional development opportunities\nExposure to a variety of civil site development projects\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\nSupportive, team-oriented work environment\nThe pay range for this California position is $95,000-120,000 per year; Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate.
