We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.\nResponsibilities\nThe successful candidate will plan, administer and design mechanical HVAC, energy and plumbing projects\nReview work for the application of sound professional judgment and code compliance\nEstablish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction; ensure client objectives are met\nResponsible for marketing, writing proposals, winning work, maintaining and developing key client relationships\nParticipate in client-rich professional organizations and functions\nTrain and mentor young professionals\nPerform design and energy calculations and prepare equipment or material specifications\nFamiliar with the AE design process and specifications leading to construction documents\nPrepare graphical representations of designs\nAssignments require the investigation of a limited number of variables and supervisory assistance is provided on unusual problems\nMay supervise or coordinate the work of designers and other technical support personnel\nExperience in the design of commercial, industrial, educational, and governmental buildings, small industrial plants and warehouses, central chilled water and heating plants\nExperience performing field work, including identification of equipment\nExperience carrying project from Notice-To-Proceed through Construction Documents through Construction Administration, including participating in project and review meetings\nOther duties may be assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university required\nRequired Skills and Experience\nMinimum of 7 years of mechanical engineering experience with a background in HVAC, plumbing, controls, and energy design.
