You'll help create a welcoming environment while supporting the veterinary team and keeping front-desk operations organized and efficient.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n Welcoming clients and their pets with friendly, compassionate customer service\n Scheduling veterinary appointments and helping manage daily appointment flow\n Answering phones, emails, and client questions\n Checking patients in and out for appointments\n Processing payments and discussing invoices with clients\n Entering and maintaining accurate client and patient information\n Communicating appointment and treatment information clearly\n Coordinating with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors\n Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area\n Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks\n Addressing routine client concerns and escalating more complex concerns to management when appropriate\n Supporting the veterinary team wherever needed to provide an excellent client and patient experience\n What We're Looking For\n\n At least 12 months of veterinary hospital or veterinary reception experience required\n Previous experience as a Client Service Representative, Veterinary Receptionist, or Veterinary Customer Service Representative\n Excellent communication and customer service skills\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\n Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients in person\n Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary hospital environment\n Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records\n Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred\n A compassionate, team-oriented approach to working with clients, pets, and coworkers\n Compensation & Benefits\n\n Starting pay: $18.00 per hour\n Benefits may include:\n 401(k)\n 401(k) matching\n Health insurance\n Dental insurance\n Vision insurance\n Life insurance\n Paid time off\n Employee discount\n Employee assistance program\n Join Our Team\n\n At Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic, we believe a great veterinary hospital starts with a great team.
