manage a high volume of incoming calls throughout the day.\n Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately.\n Prioritize incoming requests and direct calls appropriately.\n Relay detailed messages to veterinarians and medical staff.\n Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.\n Administrative Duties\n Check clients in and out efficiently.\n Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.\n Update and maintain client and patient records.\n Complete general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document management.\n Ensure accuracy in data entry and appointment scheduling.\n Team Support & Operations\n Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and management to support daily workflow.\n Assist with maintaining patient flow and appointment efficiency.\n Adapt to changing priorities and hospital needs throughout the day.\n Support hospital goals through professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.\n Qualifications\n Required\n Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.\n Experience working in a fast-paced environment.\n Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\n Strong computer and data-entry skills.\n Ability to remain professional and composed during busy periods.\n Preferred\n Experience in hospitality, healthcare, hotel, restaurant, retail, call center, or other service-focused industries.\n Experience managing multiple phone lines or high call volumes.\n Veterinary or medical office experience.\n
