The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

Serving the needs of our clients and their petswith professionalism and confidence

Answering phone callsandscheduling appointments

Invoicingand processing payments

Electronic Medical Record-keeping

Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.

Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam roomsand reception area.

The successful applicant will have:

Previousexperience in client service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentwith a large team

Proficient computer skills Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred Saturday Shifts are a requirement for this position

We Offer:

Hourly rate ranging from $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. RRSP matching, Extended health care, Health and wellness allowance, Uniform allowance
